Coaching is a partnership. Its shape and length depends on the relationship that is created and the pace the sessions occur. The coaching my therefore take place over a period of several months. The main stages are :
The aim of the discovery Session is to get to know each other and clarify the reasons that bring you to coaching. It’s an opportunity for you to define your goals you wish to achieve and to discover the technique of coaching. A program for next 6 months may be tailored in broad outline.
This session last approximately 75 minutes, free of charges and commitments. This allows us to decide whether we want to work together.
This is the actual coaching. In principle, I would recommend a first set of sessions over 6 months in order to build up lasting results. Mainly we have one session every two weeks. Every session allows you to refine your objectives, mobilize your resources and implement them to achieve your goals. We will agree on actions or reflections from one session to the next.
Depending on the situation, these sessions may be supplemented by phone conversation or emails.
Every session lasts an hour, approximately.
After the first set of sessions, we assess your situation and level of satisfaction of your new balance. It is then possible to end the support, create a new cycle on new or unfinished objectives or to schedule one-off sessions with longer intervals between them.
